To whom it may concern:
I purchased my security system from Dan Henry in March 2002. I have been very pleased with the
performance of the system as a whole, and my experience with Dan.
Installation required Dan to be behind the counter where the clerks were working. He made it go
extremely smooth by working with the clerks instead of against them. He was very considerate and never
seemed to be "in the way".
Use of the system is great. No more playing and rewinding of VHS tapes to review a certain incident or
time. I simply just enter a time and with a click I'm there. Even though it is very user friendly, I have
needed Dan's assistance on a few occasions. He is always eager to help and is prompt with his response.
His continued is greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend this system and Dan's company to everyone who has a business. I feel I have better
control of the store and it is a safer place for my employees.
To whom it may concern:
I would like to take the opportunity to recommend Dan Henry to any organization in
need of a Surveillance System. Mr. Henry completed the Surveillance System for our
organization on schedule and as stated. Mr. Henry when over
and beyond our requirements after we made some changes to our initial proposal. He
worked late into the evenings and contacted vendors for delivery of equipment based on
our changes overnight!
I have found Mr. Henry to be honest, trustworthy and of impeccable character. Mr.
Henry has shown unusual flexibility in working with us to meet our needs. Due to Mr.
Henry's efforts, we were able to bring on line a state of the art digital system within 3
weeks. Mr. Henry will be the only person that will ever work on our system.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
J.

This letter of recommendation is being furnished to Western Pacific Telephone Co., for
the outstanding job they have performed for the second time in a row. Dan Henry and his crew has provided,
experience, knowledge of equipment and compliance with Washington State gaming
laws while installing our surveillance equipment system. A great deal of time and energy
was put into the project to insure that the equipment and subsequent pictures were of the
highest quality and would pass state gaming inspection.
Dan Henry and his people know their equipment, and are diligent about completing a
project in a timely manner. Dan never tries to sell you more equipment or services than
you need. He replaces bad parts and returns time after time to make sure everything is
still running properly. Customer satisfaction and attention to costs are strong points when
dealing with Mr. Henry. I strongly recommend Dan and his company in the area of
gaming surveillance, pay phones and installation of wires and/or equipment.
I wish to compliment Western Pacific Telephone for the excellent manner in which they
installed our equipment and interrelated with me and my staff. Good luck on your next
project.

To whom it may concern:
In January 2002, Western Pacific Surveillance Solutions installed a digital camera
system on both of our dealership's parking lots. This was something that we
decided to do only after much consideration. Throughout the year in 2001, our lot
damage (including theft and vandalism) cost us $1200.00 per month. But, the
decision was difficult because of the initial cost of the system to cover both of our
dealerships.
Since the installation of our system, we have not had any of the problems that we
previously had. After only eleven months of service, our system has paid for
itself! We have not any problems with our system being down. Dan Henry
has come into our store at least once a month to check on things and to do simple
maintenance. The support has been great.
Since the system has paid for itself so quickly, we are now saving money instead
of losing money on unnecessary lot damage. We could not be more pleased with
the system and the service.
Sincerely,
Joe
To whom it may concern:
My Name is Steve Martin and I am the Chief of Surveillance for a Casino in Tukwila Washington.
Our casino is nearing the completion in
the integration of the Pelco Endura digital recording system, and I wanted to take
a few minutes to write a letter of recommendation for Mr. Dan Henry and Mr. Ed
Keller of Western Pacific Surveillance Solutions. This letter is being written
without Dan's request, and it is my honor to do so.
I've known Dan for three years and have experienced his work first hand on a
number of occasions ranging from fixed camera installations to the Endura
recording platform, and it becomes readily apparent that Western Pacific has
worked hard to establish a solid reputation in the casino surveillance community.
When it comes to simple but crucial issues such as camera placement and the
right types of equipment, you will find that the job will never have to be done over
again if you should choose Western Pacific to take of your CCTV needs.
The most telling part of any relationship between an integrator and end user is
when things are not going as smoothly as planned. After the Endura installation,
there were some hardware and software bugs that arose after Dan has left for his
summer vacation. Much to Dan's personal expense, he made sure that all issues,
point by point, were taken care of and resolved to my full satisfaction. There was
never a point in time where I felt I was left hanging by Dan or Ed, and both were
nothing less than Johnny on the spot in taking care of any concerns. There are
quite a number of integrators that are qualified for an Endura installation, and
although the Pelco Endura Certification requirements are stringent, all integrators
are not created equal. During the bid process, I asked one integrator what level of
service we could expect when things went terribly wrong with the equipment, and
the response was they could walk me through the issues while on the phone with
no mention that a technician would actually be on site. This is the principal
difference between your average integrator and Western Pacific, and I would
strongly recommend their services to you. If you have any questions, please feel
free to call.

To whom it may concern:
I recommend Dan Henry and Western Pacific Surveillance to you without
reservation. We were real novices when it came to operating a public card room.
Surveillance systems were way on the edge of our gaming knowledge. We
needed a competent, honest, and reliable vendor who new the Washington State
rules and how to apply them to gaming. We approached several companies to
provide us with a system that met both regulations of the Washington State
Gambling Commission rules and our financial requirements. After many false
starts we had the good fortune to meet Dan, he provided us a proposal, at a price
that met all our needs and those of the State.
From installation, to training, to support Dan and Western Pacific Surveillance
has been absolutely first rate! His installation was professional, cabling was
invisible, cameras were professionally finished, and the surveillance room
efficiently organized. Training was done in a professional, hands on manner, my
staff learned how the system operated and Dan was always available for
refresher training when a learning gap occurred. When you hire Dan and his
crew, you are getting a partner in your success. If a problem occurs you can
depend upon Dan to bring about a solution that works.
I would not hesitate to bring Dan in to solve any security problem requiring
surveillance. He is thorough and will find a reliable solution that will meet all
requirements and that is within your budget. He operates a great outfit.
Sincerely,
Steven
To whom it may concern:
Western Pacific Surveillance Solutions was the winning
bidder to install a Pelco "Endura" digital recording system
for the expansion of our Casino. I was very
impressed with the job that they did for us. Not only did
they finish on schedule, but they did so within budget as
well. Their rack setup for the "Endura" is a significant
improvement over others I've seen, as it keeps the back of
the hardware easily accessible, and yet never suffered any
problems with overheating. Both Dan Henry and Ed Keller
proved to be very helpful when there were some initial
difficulties with the "Endura" and both did not hesitate to
drive down to help us out. The troubles were traced to
several faulty hard drives, and once those were replaced,
the system has been running flawlessly. I highly recommend
Western Pacific Surveillance Solutions, and I would have no
qualms about using them in the future.
